Our Bridging Gaps volunteer programmes provide you with the opportunity to assist and support some of the most vulnerable communities in Cape Town. By volunteering your time and sharing the resources of your voice and hands, you can make a real difference in the lives of many local people. Whilst testing your personal abilities and experiencing what life in Cape Town is like, your heart and mind will be shaped by the people of South Africa.

Witnessing the struggles of others will challenge your assumptions and shape your future. We partner with organisations focused on refugee rights, the prevention of human trafficking, the promotion of equal education, HIV education and prevention, the prevention of violence and crime and the promotion of women’s rights. By volunteering your time and skills to assist these organisations, you will learn an incredible amount about South Africa whilst making an important contribution towards the goal of an equal society. You can help change the lives of some of the most vulnerable members of society.
