Description

Bridging Gaps offers a wide variety of internship and volunteering opportunities in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. We work closely with participants to decide what type of opportunity suits them best based on their personal and professional goals, skills, and interests. All our program start dates and duration are completely flexible so participants can choose which time frame is most suitable for them.

Our program are ideal for people on their gap year looking for the adventure of a lifetime, for university students looking to gain academic credit, for post graduates looking to gain work experience, and for people on a career break looking to make a difference in local communities!

We assist with all pre-trip preparations including booking flights, arranging visas, and providing guidance on preparing for an international internship or volunteer placement. Once participants arrive in Cape Town, we act as their mentors for the duration of their trip. We collect them from the airport, provide an orientation and cell phone, and stay in regular contact to ensure they are benefiting as much as they can from their placement.
