Thinking out of the box? A volunteer stint at the Komodo National Park (KNP) on the Indonesian island of Labuan Bajo is not your typical travel experience. The park was set up to protect the Komodo dragon and its habitat. Sustainability of the ecosystem and the development of responsible tourism are key to the survival of this amazing species as well as other endangered species in the region. You will work with local National Park staff to help conserve the flora and fauna of this unique ecosystem.
