Are you looking for thrilling, challenging, and rewarding work? Help to rebuild marginalized and underdeveloped Jamaican communities with our community development programs.

Many communities in Jamaica suffer from unequal access to resources and therefore will have several neglected roads and run-down buildings. With any of our community development projects, you can make a real difference as you repaint walls and repair structures that assist locals in their everyday life.

There’s nothing more rewarding than contributing to the greater goal of building a safer Jamaica for all!

• You will have the opportunity of doing carpentry, painting, plumbing or other general construction work.

• Work alongside expert local builders who will guide you and pass on the skills needed to complete the construction process.

• Volunteers are needed for building maintenance and to rehabilitate and restore houses in several disadvantaged communities with dilapidated buildings.

• Many schools are located in some of the poorest neighborhoods and are in urgent need of refurbishing.

• With our 24/7 in-country support you will feel secured from the moment you arrive to the moment you depart.

• You will be transported to and from your project site daily.
