Expect life-changing experiences while on an overland journey through the cultural heart of Central America: Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. On our Central America Semester, you'll travel in a fun, safe and supportive group of 14 students with two instructors to facilitate and mentor your experience.

You'll get involved in rewarding service-learning projects in coral restoration, wildlife conservation, and community permaculture. You will become a PADI certified scuba diver. We will hike, surf, sail, and snorkel through diverse national parks. You will also have many opportunities for meaningful connections with local people, helping to deepen your own global perspective and strengthen your Spanish skills. We support the development of your leadership skills, resourcefulness, resilience, and independence.

Pacific Discovery is delighted to open applications for our Gap Year Scholarship and Grants for 2021.

We have 2021 Gap Year Scholarship worth US$12,950 and 2021 Global Study Grants available, each up to US$7,000. Applications close before 30th April, so don't miss out! Check out our website for more information!
