Our child care program is based on the specific needs of our partner agency and has been developed through direct contact with them. The program addresses issues related to education, health, protection and socialization of children who are in need of care and assistance. Generally, volunteers who have a passion for children are ideal for the program. Also, volunteers who are studying or have experience in social work, psychology, art, music, and wellness fit well into this program. As a volunteer, you will be contributing to the day-to-day needs of children. Many of them do not get the type of love and support needed so as a volunteer just an additional person to show them how loved they are is valuable. Volunteers also assist in ensuring that in a holistic way the social, emotional, educational and physical development of the children are being met.

1. Assist with the psychosocial needs of vulnerable children.

2. Providing care, love and support to children who may not normally receive this.

3. Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children in developing countries.

4. Providing support to organizations that are short staffed.

5. Contributing to the realization of some of the sustainable development goals.

Dependent on placement, however volunteers who have various types of experience or no experience can apply.
