Description

Our Wildlife Conservation Roadtrip is a chance to explore the leading edge of conservation. Join us on a journey of discovery through Southern Africa, featuring 5 conservation partners committed to protecting the environment and all its creatures.

Journey to Umkhondo Big 5 Wildlife Volunteering, where you will get up close to lions, elephants, buffalos, and rhinos, as well as rare African leopards.

Then head to the Nature's Valley Trust, a small non-profit, located on the magnificent Garden Route, committed to protecting one of the most sought-after stretches of South Africa's coastline.

Next stop is the Amakhala Foundation, near historic Grahamstown, located on what is widely regarded as the premiere game reserve in the Eastern Cape.

Visit the Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre, which focuses on the conservation of rare, vulnerable and endangered species.

Finally, stop by the Mogalakwena Research Centre, which is reintroducing indigenous wildlife to two large reserves in the area.

You can join any of these projects for 2 to 4 weeks or you can combine all of them into a life-changing conservation experience.
